SRT VIPER GTS ANODIZED CARBON
even greater accentuation to the Viper
GTS’s form. The metallic finish adds depth,
while the dark matte color amplifies the
car’s “stealth fighter” qualities.
Adding to the overall look of stealthy
purpose, unique exterior accents in the
package include Black Vapor Chrome
five-spoke “Rattler” wheels, gloss black
GTS badge, satin black exhaust bezel,
Anodized Carbon fuel-filler door, orange
brake calipers, and carbon-fiber brake
ducts and rear applique.
Luxurious interior accents include
Alcantara wrapped headliner, door bolsters
and knee blockers, and orange accent
stitching on the Nappa leather-wrapped
door trim, center console and instrument
panel, as well as on the Nappa leather and
Alcantara seats. Carbon fiber accents are
added throughout the center stack, door
panels and steering wheel, and an exclusive
carbon GTS badge adorns the dashboard.
The Anodized Carbon Special Edition
Package will be as exclusive as it is striking.
A limited production run of just 50
Viper GTS models begins in Jan. 2014.
There’s more than one way to paint a Snake. Where
the Viper GTS’s Anodized Carbon Special Edition
Package is all about stealth and quiet menace, the
newest color in the 2014 SRT Viper lineup (BELOW)
doesn’t know the meaning of the word “subtlety.”
It’s bold, bright, ballistic and blue. Very blue...
But regardless of their exterior hue, all Vipers
are born to perform, so it’s entirely fitting that the
latest color will be called...Competition Blue.
When Viper fans were asked to name this vibrant
new addition, over 11,000 entries were received.
But it was Patryk Skarzynski from Chicago who
nailed it with a name that emphasizes the Viper’s
racecar/street car crossover credentials.
Competition Blue? Perfect!
Patryk’s prize is joining the SRT Viper design
team at the Rolex 24 at Daytona, when the
SRT Motorsports Viper GTS-R racers begin
their assault on the 2014 TUDOR United
SportsCar Championship’s GT Le Mans class.
IT’S BLUE...AND IT PERFORMS
NAME THAT COLOR
(LEFT) The Anodized Carbon
Special Edition Package exudes
subtlety and stealth, but is sinister
and aggressive, too – just what a
Viper GTS should be. (BELOW) Its
interior treatment adds to the
overall look. (BELOW LEFT) The
metallic-matte exterior finish is
a first for SRT and Chrysler.
