Phil Hill headed home a Ferrari 1-2-3-4 in
the 1961 Belgian Grand Prix at Spa. Here,
his 156 leads local hero Olivier Gendebien,
who would drop back to fourth. The duo
were a formidable pairing for Ferrari in
sports car racing, and had just won the
second of three 24 Hours of Le Mans
together a week before Spa.
